Because all our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review our sizing charts carefully before making your purchase.

We use Comfort Colors 1717 t-shirts. These shirts are 100% cotton and are pre-shrunk during the garment dye and wash process. Minimal shrinkage is possible after the first wash.

We use Gildan 18000 sweatshirts. These are 50% cotton and 50% polyester. While the fabric is preshrunk, minimal shrinkage is possible after the first wash.

If you accidentally included an incorrect shipping address, please email us right away. Use "Change Shipping Address" as the subject and include your name, order number, and the new shipping address in the email body.

Address changes may be possible depending on the status of your order. We are unable to modify orders that have already been processed.

We are unable to modify the contents of your order. If you wish to make changes to the size, quantity, or type of product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to cancel your order so that you can place a new one.

Cancellation is not possible if your order is already in production.

This doesn’t happen often, but we are human and sometimes make mistakes. If your order has a small flaw or is damaged during shipping, please send us a photo of the item. We'll send you a replacement asap.

We love the oversized look! Just order 1-2 sizes larger than your regular fit t-shirts, depending on how "oversized" you want your t-shirt to be.
